Organizational culture is commonly defined as the character, personality, and experience of organizational life. Healthcare managers play a vital role in establishing the culture through their leadership activities. In addition, culture is shaped by the values, mission, and vision for the organization.
For this discussion, explain the differences between organizational values, mission, and vision in respect to organizational culture, and provide a distinct example of each.
